5 easy steps to remove sun tan
Hold on!
Hold on! Before you start romanticizing about the summer may I offer a
different POV?
The sun tanning is one of the most dangerous things you can do to your skin.
what is skin tan?
There is no such thing as a
healthy tan. A tan is the visible sign of DNA damage to your skin and it is the
body’s defense against UV rays.
When you tan, melanin (skin pigment) rises to the
surface of the skin. The result is the darkening of your skin’s natural color.
Here, I am sharing some skincare routine products
to protect your skin from sun damage and get rid of the tanning you have gotten from sun damage.
5 Skincare steps for summers to avoid or remove tanning
Use cleanser
- Cleansing
is an essential step in any skincare routine, as it helps to keep the skin clean and healthy
- Choose
your cleanser according to your skin type and concerns.
- Cleansers
come in different forms including gels, creams, foams, and oils.
- If you
have dry or sensitive skin, look for a gentle, hydrating cleanser that won’t
strip your skin of its natural oils.
