There are things you can learn to manage stress before it gets to be too much.

1. EXERCISE

Including physical activity in your life is very important if you are dealing with stress.

Physical activity improves your sleep and it in turn helps manage stress.

Physical activity or exercise also seems to help mood. Part of the reason may be that it stimulates your body to release a number of hormones like endorphins and endocannabinoids that help block pain, improve sleep, and sedate you.

Physical activity also helps in reducing anxiety resulting in good mood and feeling good about yourself.
