What an unusual anomalous situation we are in these days. This national lockdown has brought our lives at a virtual stand still. Our routines, schedules, workout sessions are being missed. Personally, I am finding it difficult not being able to go to the gym and workout, which has been so embedded in my life . How do you get away from something that’s been so familiar to forever?
