The treatment of covid 19 at home

In early 2020, a new virus began generating headlines over the world because of the unprecedented speed of its transmission.
Doctors are learning new things about this virus everyday. so far, we know that corona virus may not initially cause any symptoms from some people.

Some common symptoms that have been specifically linked to covid-19 include:
  • shortness of breath 
  • a cough that gets more severe over time.
  • a low grade fever that gradually increase in temperature.
  • fatigue 
Less common symptoms include:
  • chills 
  • repeated shaking with chills 
  • sore throat 
  • headache 
  • muscle ache and pain
  • loss of taste 
  • loss of smell
During this time, remember to take care of yourself and manage your stress.
  • Eat healthy meals
  • Eat enough sleep 
  • Get physical activity as much you are able to, such as exercise and yoga.
  • Try relaxation exercise such as deep breathing, stretching and meditation.
  • Avoid watching and reading to much or news or spend too much time on social media.
  • Connect with friends and family, using phone and video calls.
  • Do activities you enjoy, such as reading or watching movies.

HOME CARE FOR COVID-19
  1. Consult a Dr. on call - Take prescribed medicines.
  2. Isolate yourself | self quarantine.
  3. Wear mask, gloves, face shield (disposable)
  4. Follow social distancing.
  5. Magic recipes like - "Kadha"                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Recipe - In warm water add:                                                                                                                                               - Neem(2 leaves)                                                                                                                                 - Geloy                                                                                                                                                 - Turmeric (pinch)                                                                                                                               - Ginger (little)                                                                                                                                     - Tulsi leaves (1-2)                                                                                                                               - Black pepper (pinch)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            (This works wonders!!!)                                                                                                     
  6. Take steam for 10-15 mins.(warm water + ajwain)
  7. Hot water gargles.(hot water + salt)                                                                                                    -Gargles reduce any infection in throat.
  8. Do yoga daily for at least 30 mins.                                                                                                     -Kapalbhati                                                                                                                                         -Nadishodhana                                                                                                                                     -Bhrami Pranayama ...etc
