Body shaming is a practice of making potential humiliating comments, inappropriate critical and negative statements for someone. It is also a practice of criticizing your own looks and appearance as a response to someone else's humiliating criticism or mokery about the bodily imperfections. 145 days of nationwide lockdown because of Corona virus outbreak. Effective or not? While this lockdown may have been effective in helping to curb the spread of the Covid-19 , it perhaps, became conducive to the emotional and mental health of some groups. Specially prolonged feeling of sadness: Depression. Depression is basically a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest.  It is a very real mental health condition with effects on both the mind and body. Depression affects how people sleep, eat, and see the world.  Setbacks that look small to others may seem insurmountable.  People may not be able to concentrate or even face simple prospects of daily life, such as getting up in the morning and dressing themselves.
