Body shaming - How to get rid of this body shaming

 # No one is perfect and that's perfectly OKAY!

when you judge a person by their appearance, it doesn't define them, IT DEFINES YOU.

Body shaming is a practice of making potential humiliating comments, inappropriate critical and negative statements for someone.

It is also a practice of criticizing your own looks and appearance as a response to someone else's humiliating criticism or mokery about the bodily imperfections.

Body shaming is so common these days, from school to professional setups or in marriage resume requirements.

It is a wide spread phenomenon of receiving and giving cruel, critical feedback when someone's body doesn't match the unrealistic beauty standards set by the society.

Eight out of ten people in this world have gone through such critical comments and body mocking and have actually isolated themselves or have not been able to get off by such statements properly.

"No one can make you feel bad about yourself unless you, yourself make them do."

Everything that god has created in perfect in its own way and so are you!

Here i am actually gonna tell you about how to get rid of such bullying and humiliation.

  1. love yourself - The way you are, the way you look, everything about yourself.
  2. Feel confident in you own skin, your own body.
  3. Identify people who perpetuate body shaming - confront them.
  4. Compliment yourself every single day also accept compliments.
  5. Understand that you won't be always appreciated and there are people who love to criticize. But that defines them, not you.
  6. Speak positive, positive affirmations work amazingly.                                                                      for example - i love myself, i am enough, i am beautiful.                                                                 your body needs these affirmations from yourself. Don't stop!
  7. Don't compare yourself to others - every one is different individual.
  8. Stay around people who keep you positive and support you.
  9. If you wouldn't say it to your friends, don't say it to yourself.
  10. TREAT YOUR BODY LIKE YOUR BESTFRIEND.
