Finally, the good news is here the popular game PUBG mobile India is released in India with the new name BATTLEGROUND MOBILE INDIA (BGMI).

BGMI is an online multiplayer battle royal game developed and published by krafton. The game is exclusively for Indians. The game was announced on 6 may 2021 preregistration of the game was started on 18 may 2021 and the early access version of the game was released on 17 June 2021 only for android users.

Battleground mobile India( BGMI)  ios lunch date in India is not declared yet. BGMI ios version will release soon. However, it is being reported that krafton is working to release its ios version. so ios users have to wait for some days.
There is no official announcement by the company about the release date of the ios version. Soon you guys will get the preregistration for the ios version.


PUBG to BGMI History 

On September 2, 2020, government of India banned PUBG Mobile India along with 117 Chinese applications.
Due to some data transferring or security reasons.
In November 2020, some news came that PUBG Mobile was coming back to India named PUBG  mobile India .

In May 2021, it came to notice that PUBG Mobile was rebranding itself as Battleground mobile India to enter the Indian gaming market.
Krafton confirmed that they were going  to launch Battleground mobile India(BGMI), a similar game to Pubg mobile.

BGMI is currently available for Andriod users only. You can easily download it from the google play store. But for ios users game is currently not available but it will lunch soon and after that, you can easily download it from the apple store.
